SPECIAL MEETING FOR NEW BUILDING PURCHASE
APRIL 11, 2012 7:00PM
At this meeting, Fred Shockey III, Post Commander, will present the plan agreed upon at the “Search Committee” meeting to purchase the new location for our Post. .
At this meeting all Active Members of VFW Post 852 will be allowed to cast a VOTE. This meeting will decide the future location of our post.
We invite all members from the Post, Ladies’ Auxiliary, and Men’s Auxiliary to attend. Pursuant to VFW By-Laws; Auxiliary Members and the Post Commander are not allowed to cast a vote. |

Shuffleboard Tournament April 14th, 2012 2:00 pm
Held in the memory of Don Karr
As many you know Don Karr passed away last fall and on this day we will honor Don for his years of devoted service to the Avenue of Flags program. The years of service has taken its’ toll on the Avenue of Flags and many flags need to be retired honorably.
With your participation on April 14, we can raise enough money to replace these flags and broken poles.
Registration prior to April 9 will get each team member, a Don Karr Commemorative t-shirt, lunch, & a chance to win some fabulous prizes in the shuffleboard tournament. |
